Tasting Note: A blend of varieties in varying proportions depending on the strenghts of the vintage. 2021 Lot 2 is Cab Sauvignon & Tempranillo dominant, with smaller amounts of Cab Franc & Petit Verdot. Aromas of brambly blackcurrants and blackberries, with hints of dried herbs, fresh cedar, anise, sweet spices, vanilla, & toast.Excellent concentration on the palate with a vibrant core of black fruit flavour wrapped in sheath of cedary, toasty oak. Succulent, supple & textural.
